This is the story of a little girl, called Mona. Mona has an extraordinary sense of smell. Wherever she goes, she smells everything first. Some people call her Mona, the Mouse.
Once, Mona and her parents go to a mall where they meet a magician in his stall. The magician offers Mona a piece of chocolate. It changes into a plastic cockroach immediately after she gets it. Mona who is scared starts screaming. Her mother takes her to the washroom. There, Mona sees the image of the magician in the mirror. He takes his hat off to her, and she notices big mushrooms grown on his head. Those mushrooms smell really bad. “You should come with me. You used to be a circus mouse. You are not a real human-being. It’s time to leave,” the magician cries. Mona feels sick and her body trembles with fear. On the way home, she feels as if somebody is following them. That night, Mona sleeps in her parents’ bed. In the midnight, she notices the smell of mushrooms coming from the dark hallway. Suddenly, the magician appears. He holds a hamster wheel in his hand and wants to take Mona with him. Does Mona have to go, or is this just a nightmare?
