Alireza was born in 1976. He has an MA in Illustration. He has illustrated more than 90 books for children and young adults. His works have been displayed in several international exhibitions, including the Bologna Children’s Illustration Exhibition. Alireza won the Golden Pen of the Belgrade Illustration Contest in 2003 and was nominated for Astrid Lindgren Award both in 2014 & 2015.
